FAQ

  • I primarily work with older teens (16+), young adults, adults, and parents or caregivers.

  • I work with clients navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship and family stress, low self-esteem, life transitions or pressures, and emotion dysregulation including self-harm, suicidal ideation.

  • I am an out of network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide monthly superbills that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your out of network benefits.

  • Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and scheduled weekly or bimonthly. Frequency may vary based on your needs and goals, and we will determine the best plan together.

  • I currently offer secure telehealth sessions to clients located in Massachusetts.

  • I require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the full session fee.
